NobleBirth was founded by Andy Mayer in 2008. After having worked for 2 years as a HypnoBirthing Practitioner in a clinic in East Doncaster. She has since set up her own Childbirth Education and HypnoBirthing clinic in Richmond.
Andy has now taught in excess of 300 couples HypnoBirthing and Childbirth Education.

NobleBirth provides patients of Frances Perry House, Cabrini, RWH, Freemasons, The Bays and other Hospitals with HypnoBirthing skills via Private tuition in clients homes or small group classes in Richmond and Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula.
What is HypnoBirthing?
HypnoBirthing® is enjoyable childbirth preparation that gives couples skills to relax during pregnancy and look forward to meeting their baby. Many mothers use HypnoBirthing® to have a pain free, drug-free birth experience. HypnoBirthing® is a philosophy that is so practical and applicable to our Australian hospital delivery suites and birthing centres.
How do you learn?
Relaxation is reinforced by audio and video programs, pregnant women learn to achieve deep relaxation by practicing methods on visualisation, guided imagery and easy, slow breathing. These techniques are also taught to the birthing partner who learn to help deepen and support the mother-to-be's level of relaxation during birthing. The focus is on understanding how labour progresses, positioning for birth and skills to remain relaxed and in control for you birth.
When should you do it?
We recommend you commence classes between 25-32 weeks of pregnancy.
Who should do it?
The skills are perfect for first time mums or those having 2nd, 3rd or 4th babies.....
